School visit from Berlin

by Susanne Ganns
Since 2020, Susanne Ganns and Sebastian had been talking again and again about a visit to the nature school.

In October 2022, the time had finally come.

Sebastian David, known as the clown Pan Panazeh with his traveling theater, as a storyteller, talented musician, poet, actor and applied arts artist for sculptures and sound play objects is a true multi-talent.

And a link to a wonderful 1 1/2 hour concert with his friends.
Live concert of the music trio Shatriman

His musical art has also guided Sebastian to the Universal Center for Free Peace Gangeshvaralinga in Northern India. SHIN has asked him to build the wind harps for the temple tower.

Now 2022 the wind harp installation was completed and for this Sebastian came back to India with his son Josua.

We were all very happy that the two of them visited the nature school.

And it was a firework of music, art, play and unspeakable joy together with the children and teachers.

here a short summary as a movie

Back in Berlin, Sebastian wrote the following:

Our short visit had now worked on the 3rd try after 2019/2020.

With a few ideas in the luggage we, my 23-year-old son Josua and I, Sebastian David, 48 years, dived into the lively, cheerful everyday school life in Pauri.

It was a wonderful feeling to stand in the morning circle with everyone, to sing, to pray, to play, to joke, to become mentally and physically awake, to arrive.

I experienced the children as incredibly open, agile, contactful and thirsty for action.

We played juggling/balancing games, sang songs from our home countries and mantras together, played small scenic games and made small animal figures/sculptures from the materials of nature from the surrounding area and told and played stories.

I was impressed by the ease and speed with which the children learn, e.g. in juggling exercises, balancing, modeling, but also, for example, in talking to each other….

The small class sizes and the school rooms/grounds are very pleasant.

I also found it great and important that spirituality in the form of singing, prayer and yoga are a natural part of everyday school life.

We only dipped into the didactic structures to some extent during our project times.

I very much enjoyed intuitively using and filling the creative free spaces with the children and teachers as well as enjoying the created flow together.

I was also very touched by some individual fates of both children and teachers.
Some of them accept great restrictions in their private/family life in order to be at this school. I was very grateful for the open, warm spaces we all had with each other.

Accordingly, it was hard for us to say goodbye.

We will gladly come back again.

Sebastian David

We all look forward to seeing you both again at the nature school.
Thank you for everything you have given to the children and teachers.
