Video conferencing has made it very easy for us to exchange ideas together.
This way, together with the teachers and thanks to the translation into Hindi by Virendra and Manju, we can discuss many things and also offer teaching sequences from SHIN’s teachings to the teachers and it became possible that we could be present live at cultural activities.
Vegetable beds
In March, several beds were planted by the children in order to implement the idea of SHIN once again, that the children learn at an early age to plant vegetable beds, to take care of them and also to be allowed to harvest them. A valuable learning experience for their future life.
Farewell to 10 children
Once again, at the end of March, 10 children had to leave the school, because in all these years it was not yet financially possible to build the high school. It is always a painful farewell for the children, parents and teachers.

Road repair

Bushfires
In April, bushfires have started again and again because nearby villagers keep setting fire to dry grass without thinking of the consequences. Due to the dryness and winds, the fires spread rapidly and also threaten the children’s planted trees and the grounds around the school.
Committed and courageous, the teachers always put out these fires and we are grateful that they have always done so without any damage.

End of April – school supplies for all children
The children receive toothbrushes and toothpaste, school books, school bags, drawing pencils and exercise books, etc.
