Farewell to Teacher Vinod

Vinod Farswan joined the nature school as a teacher on 04/16/2018. After 5 years, Vinod has now said goodbye to us and the Nature School.

Very quickly, the engaging and nature-loving Vinod felt part of the school family. He loved the calm and peaceful atmosphere there and that he could teach the children about the connection with nature. He was happy that handicrafts and yoga were taught at the school and that he was able to pass on a lot of knowledge to the children as a result, and he was grateful that the teachers also got a lot of knowledge from the children.

And he was very thankful that SHIN created this school and Vinod kept talking about how important it was to him that “his” school become a university.

Unfortunately, we always had too little money to pay the teachers optimal salaries. Vinod have children and a family to support and this was no longer possible for him with the salary.

In April 2022 he resigned and asked the government in Uttrakhand for a teaching position. He was promised the position and we hired Suneel as a new teacher for him.

But suddenly all the teaching positions were withdrawn due to internal governmental difficulties. Vinod had to wait for a year until all these difficulties were solved.

It was a difficult time for Vinod to be between two chairs, unsure what the future would bring.

Bhagin and Susanne helped Vinod through this long year and he was able to stay at the school until the new job came.

On March 17, 2023 it was finally time for him to start his new job.

A little bit we always hoped that he would stay, because we appreciated him very much as a person and teacher, who loved to sing and dance with the children, was loving and correct and contributed a lot to the success of the school.

We wish him the best for his future and are happy if the friendship that has been formed will continue to be upheld.

Farewell words from Vinod

As a farewell, he wrote us a wonderful letter. These words give hope that we were able to give valuable impulses during all these years.

We are happy to share his last words with you:

Dear Susanne mam, Dear Bhagin sir,  Dear Virendra uncle ji, Dear Manju aunty ji
Namaste 🙏🙏

I would like to say that, today I am feeling both things, on one hand, I am very happy because I have got my government job. Which is a great pleasure for me, for which I have worked day and night. On the other hand I feel so bad because I have to leave my school family.

In these five years, which love, respect, I have got from all of you and from my school, never will forget. I will miss all of you very much. I will miss your knowledge ,support and every step of the way, which love I got in these five years from you.

I learnt from Mrs Susanne mam, that keep doing your work selflessly. You are real mother of the world. The more I write, the less it will be about you, I can’t express in these words.

Our Bhagin sir is a very big personality. I learnt him that, No matter how many troubles come in life, one should not panic.

I learnt this from Virendra uncle ji and Manju aunty ji, Always be happy because they smile always.

One of the things, I am really impressed that Do your work fearlessly with all your heart and soul, this principle of them, I will always remember and will apply it in my life.

In these five years I learnt many things and lot of experiences from my school.

I like Guruji teaching too much, I will always remember Guruji teaching. I will always pray to Guruji, this school has always progressed.

The love that I have received from all of you may not be found anywhere, At last I want to  say that I will miss all of you too much and will miss too much my school children.

❤️❤️❤️❤️
Warm Greetings
